St Catherine’s Church Centre is a convenient, cost-effective and friendly meeting space situated just outside of Wakefield city centre.

Whatever your event, from two people to 200 people, formal or informal, we have a space to suit.

Our contemporary, flexible spaces are perfect for meetings, seminars, conferences, training events or parties.

All our rooms are flooded with natural light and have access to wi-fi.

Our main auditorium has a full audio-visual system with roving and fixed microphones, induction loop and plasma screens and can seat up to 200 delegates.

Looking for office space? St Catherine’s Church Centre has offices available for longer term lettings with flexible terms starting from one month licences.

We offer flexible and highly competitive rates ensuring that you will get the best value, whilst still receiving a quality service.

Our catering team provides fresh and affordable food and drinks to keep your delegates refreshed and energised. 

We have a wide range of delicious menu options for your event including finger buffets, hot fork buffets, carvery meals and formal meals which can include drinks packages if you require.

A built-in bonus is that your room hire directly supports our dynamic community centre, bringing together, supporting and providing opportunities for local children, families and older people in our diverse local neighbourhood. Our projects include emergency food provision and a range of activities which support people affected by mental ill-health.
